i guess all the super rich in the forest fire area's will now be ringing their builders to erect a surrounding asbestos wall round their estates and then they can sit it out in comfort until the fire passes through leaving their estates intact.and they will say to themselves"thank god we seen the brass thread on the chit chat forum.

I'm sure someone will be itching to try this

if you have to leave your home because of a forest fire you are better leaving it saying "i hope the asbestos wall does its job"rather than saying "my lovely home will be burned to a crisp"

Just in case any of you are thinking of trying bass's latest idea here's a health warning.
Although extremely resistant to high temperatures, smoke from a fire where asbestos is involved still represents a significant health risk because of the tiny particles of dust and fibre that are dispersed. https://bainbridgeelearning.co.uk/safety-issue-caused-by-burning-asbestos-sheets/ |

the guys wear asbestos suits when they are going to the moon in case of fire so i guess that will have to checked out .
i suppose the the odds need to be considered which is the most dangerous to health fire or asbestos dust? |

they never went to the moon so asbestos suits is just another lie from nasa.
Well all I'm going to say is that if people want to build an asbestos wall around their estate and if there is ever a forest fire then they should keep their windows shut. |

If you had to watch someone dying from mesothelioma brassneck, as I did with my Dad you wouldn't consider asbestos a matter for amusement.
