I shall return to the obscurity I ,richly, deserve but I used to be a real contender on this Forum for years around 7 years ago around the time of Oracle and Prophet Of Doom and a myriad of others.

Sir Alex Fergusson was first elected to the Scottish Parliament in 1999, standing down before the last Holyrood elections in 2016.
He was knighted for services to politics and public life in 2016.
Party leader Ruth Davidson described him as a "proper gentleman" who will be mourned by all who knew him.
