Walked out of the coolness of my place (I was wearing a leather jacket) into a wall of oppresive heat.
Just back from a drive out, and it was 33 dungarees centipede when I arrived at Tesco, Brayton...
Down to a bone chilling 31 on my return!

Re the leather jacket....it never gets warm in my place and usually cool to cold!
Hence, I didn't know how hot it was till venturing outside!

I haven't seen any mention of the incredible storm, in the early hours of yesterday.....
I don't recall another event so loud, and prolonged, and wonder how long it was before I was awakened!
I didn't have my ears on, and thought it might have been an unladen HGV, bouncing down the rough road nearby, but then
I realised that there isn't a rough road, and infact the nearest road is 1km away....

I used to enjoy wearing a leather jacket. Brings back Fonz memories.
