The Justice Select Committee said Alison Saunders (DPP) did not recognise the severity of the issue and there was "insufficient leadership".
So she'll face criminal prosecution then?

The feministas have wanted a far higher rape conviction rate for years. The CPS have bought into this and send too many cases to trial.
BUT, they are actively perverting the course of justice by then witholding evidence from defence lawyers in order to get more guilty verdicts. That's as serious as it gets. Saunders is suggesting it's a case of administration and not a deliberate practice. Bollox. |
