Now Im not always a fan of free market economics as it has its problems, but surely cutting lottery funding for fencing has been vindicated by lack of interest in crowdfunding, no?

Not many comprehensives had fencing on the P.E. rota I shouldnt wonder.
Sounds like quite a few of their fundraising attempts have been foiled.
