Stupid individuals, clearly arn't aware of the customs of this land.
Its White Collar Crime you need to commit here to get away with it.

The 51-year-old also spent more than £11,000 on a pre-paid credit card she was given when she complained about the hotel's food.

Shocked

Brooks and Douglas had managed to avoid immigration authorities for 16 years after entering the UK illegally in the early 2000s

There's a growing resentment in the country to these kinds of crimes, committed by people who should get down on their bended knees thanking God that they're in the UK, let alone peeing all over us in return for our kindness.

But you can't blame these people for trying it on while there are apologists around to defend them  like dustybin here playing down the severity of their crimes, and don't forget the people who never even questioned that they might be frauds. Don't tell me they were in the dark about what was going on. They should all be banged up as well.

Haha Crippen miles off as per.
Malevolence far exceeds collective benevolence based on a mentality of self indulgence.
People do bad things from all walks of life.

Picking out egregious exceptions that are pretty rare to points score, contrasted against a backdrop of cultivated cheating and stealing and manipulation of the very environment we are all supposed to respect, is generally accepted norms of those who think only those from deferent tribes have bad smelling farts.

Why is their theft any worse when it pales into insignificance to the cartels of executive pay thats just as unmerited?

Are you say crime is ok as long their a certain people that earn big sums ?

This time try and take the harumphing away before you type.

So, is it okay for those thieving coonts to have done that, iyo dusty?
By:

Im saying that the amount and impact by those that 'steal' in 'acceptable' ways far exceeds that of small scale opportunism.
Its endemic.
The contrast can clearly be seen. Its widely acknowledged that sharp practice and all manner of malevolence within the financial sector at large was the culprit for the crash a decade ago that effected pretty much everyone.
Yet how many are in jail?
That theft relating to the fire was committed less than a year ago and they are already in jail.
Go figure.

I never said that trilby.
Im saying that these cases are small fry yet tend to stir up emotion thats totally out of kilter with reality.

It's very real for the genuine victims of Grenfell who get tarred with the same brush!

“When plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men in a society, over the course of time they create for themselves a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it.”

One of the worst crimes is to steal from deaths of other people, we can accept certain crime but this one is not ok, it is the worst.

You are not well comparing it other crimes to make it out to be ok.
By:
dustybin
When: 14 Jul 18 13:45
I feel that something of a mute point though Ibrahima.
Since both the reason so many tragically were killed, and the likelihood of individual need are pretty much 2 sides of the same coin.
I noticed that an insurance company has agreed to pay for the stipping of cladding at another multi-residency in London, thats in exess of £30million to do.
When you see its high end property with no doubt rich influencial residents it brings it all home I think.

To that, I sincerely hope, we can all agree?

Id say creating an environment where lives are sacrificed for the greater good of those benefiting is every bit as bad, but hey ho.

My own personal opinion in general is that if you create a moral code that doesnt kowtow to greed and opportunism, then you are better armed in criticising this sort of act.
Unfortunately we dont have such a society and its a Ad Hoc approach to determining guilt.

Has nowt to do with me, and my record is clean....unlike the morass of those who shape society itself.
Not white collar since its both lower class individuals and non busniness
Arh yes moisok crawling out again waving his Labour card while supporting nationalist ideology, like they forced a stick up his arse and swept the floor with him.

but being called a nazi by you garbageman is not very nice is it

but then when a boy like you loses an argument you lash out with anything that comes to mind

so childlike

it helps to deflect from the discussion  like all you progressives attempt.

Get your facts right old timer
I asked a question, how is that construed as calling you something?

No loss of argument here, I spelled out exactly why Im correct on the other thread.
Did you flourish from the fruits of the baby boom generation and now got yer feet up by chance?

dustybin firmly in the camp of two wrongs make a right.

Like I said, while there are people around like him to defend wrongdoers we can expect this kind of criminality to spread.
It's people like him who need educating first.

Ive already implied the act was wrong if you read above.
Why do I need to, you lot are falling over one another while being conducted by those who want you to keep doing their job for em.
