Very sad.
In this heat, it makes sense to take them out early. Why had the owner gone home? |

The owner had health problems, he was in a bit of a state. He had tied the dog to his scooter. his carers came and picked the dog up they told me he is devastated, the dog was old and had recently been diagnosed with cancer. I rung RSPCA took ages to get through and when they rung me back I felt they were trying to blame me for not getting a vet out to him.

Thats a sad story.
William Hill assistant found a small dog today in the park obviously lost, no owner in sight, Police couldnt help and the SPCA wouldnt come out unless it was injured! Her brother will take it to a vet tomorrow hoping its been micro chipped, it was a cute wee thing. |

Very sad story
The ignorance and selfishness of some people who have animals knows no bounds there's no excuse to justify the lack of care when it should be obvious to anyone ![]() |
