many people walk up and down in their house at the start but when the addiction takes over the same person will soon ask you do you want anything in the near by shop because they get an urge to walk further,and it continues believe me.ask any jogger why he or she jogs and they will tell you that they have to do it to feel good.

I know some people who attach the device to their dog, their was an ongoing competition at work to who did the most steps, long story short we used to spend the day walking to things rather than driving, all rather unproductive.

but even for the guy who is not overweight ,if he gets a step counter he will do more exercise when he goes for a walk.and i bet anyone who clicks onto this thread know they do not exercise enough.And the best about it all is anyone who does go for a walk always feels better after it.
