Re google assistant there's an amusing/scary story about that recently. Basically someone had that (or was it the amazon one? One of the two).

Anyway it misheard what they were talking about as a command, and recorded their conversation then sent it someone they didn't really know in their address book.

He contacts them and tells them about it and they didn't believe him, but he was able to tell them the things they'd talked about.

I'm not a fan of these things..
