..just like indian food , chinese is far , far better to eat cold . next day . all the spices and elements have bedded in to produce the best taste without raw heat masking it all . a perfect breakfast is noodles and tibetan garlic lamb with a few leftover ribs .

I don't eat Chinese food but if we have a ruby delivered and don't eat all of it, I just let it cool down to room temperature and put it in the fridge overnight and it's absolutely fine to eat the next day.

Yes it's fine.
It's ok microwaved, or reheated in a pan on the stove (I wouldn't boil it though, it could spoil the taste). You should keep it in the fridge til needed . |
