there are bound to be few inmates that are on computer courses while inside prison,and i am sure they would find a way to get into the betfair site,and then ask the chief of the prison could he spend more time on the computer while doing the course."hey gov,is it ok if i take this lap top back to my cell to practice more on the computer,i practice 7 days a week for 8 hours a day in the hope that i get my degree in computing"
