If you are suggesting tighter moderation then I disagree. We don't want this turning into some kind of nanny state.

Why do moderators allow them ?
Because some of them could be moderators, work for Betfair or have friends in the company. During the period when posters were getting banned for any trivial comment, certain poster were posting stuff that would get normal posters banned straight away. Yet their posts remained while they stepped up their insults trying to get posters to respond in kind, when if they did they would have immediately picked up a ban. We all know who I'm talking about, I've no doubt there are others. |
