Lung cancer but apparently never smoked.

I read a piece recently that claimed lung cancer research is at the back of the money queue as it is seen as self inflicted, though a significant amount of non smokers also get it.

Could be from all those smokey nightclubs he use to own.

That's what they recon how roy castle succumbed to the disease.
