By:
it depends which folk you broadcast and if there are restrictions set by judge
some folk may be witnesses, some jurors, these are often protected and some defendants may be involved in future trials so broadcasting their image may prevent them being brought to justice in future |

This a sign of things to come with Sajid Javid in the top job?
By:
Tommy does sterling work drawing attention to matters that the authorities and mainstream media try to keep from us.
However maybe he should have filmed them coming out after the trial and or sentencing (normally lenient btw). |
By:
Man is suspected of breaking the law, gets arrested shocker
By:
Harvey Weinstein and Tommy Robinson both appeared in court today
One has been charged as a sexual predator and the other was charged with reporting on sexual predators. guess which one is already on their way to prison ffs? |
By:
And the other will do an OJ because he has money and is part of the left.
By:
I don't normally defend Robinson but on this occasion this is quite serious
They've banged him up for nothing more than reporting on a serious matter? I don't think it'll be long before he's had to be released, if his supporters get together I can't see this ending well |
By:
Think what this is going to do for social media?
They are going to "censor" anyone who tries to speak out against the state |
By:
TR has broken a rule invented to stop free speech. Or filming people outside of a court without a licence. All bulsh1t considering the police tipped off the bbc before sir Cliffs demise.
Rules are rules as donny will shortly enhance. |
By:
Good point with the CR case. Surely that was much worse than what TR is supposed to have done.
By:
police have paid cliff £400k
bbc pay fines with our money, .....funny old world innit |
By:
police payment is our money too, of course
By:

By:

By:

By:

Interesting that the snobby main stream media describe him as 'reporting' rather than reporting as if they some kind monopoly on reporting.
They must be very angry at how many millions more people watch and follow him than the main stream press. |

....uhm....sorry, I already knew you were shitbat crazy and completely delusional and in a sheepish bubble, but...this..I mean... ![]() |

*completely enclosed in your sheepish bubble

Isn't that the thing though? How is he qualified to be a journalist? Where did he learn to report and to do so in a factual and unbiased way? And is he - like the dreaded mainstream media - regulated by Ofcom or the PRP, so that there are clear rules to abide by and punishments in place if he is found to be doing a poor job?
Or is he just a bloke with a camera telling his little echo chamber what they want to hear and calling it reporting when it bears very little resemblance to the work done by trained and regulated journalists. By the way They must be very angry at how many millions more people watch and follow him than the main stream press. What a very telling phrase to use that is. |
By:
I was told in the Trump thread that only the left follow and listen to pundits like sheep, so IT must be misguided on that one
By:
Solzhenitsyn wasn't a qualified journalist, they locked him up too.
By:
He is warning of a danger that is even greater than Solzhenitsyn and soviet Russia faced
By:
yeah they have problems with them in russia too
