Been round and around and up the garden path with them today. Previous calls in last two weeks and not resolved the issue?
I was considering changing banks from my current one - not so sure now ho ho
The call centre sounded very nice - somewhere nice and warm with lovely beaches. I have a fairly good idea based on the two accents I have heard so far but will leave it up to the CCDA it confirm where.
ps it is not Scotland (like my other bank base/centre)

m and s call centre is in manilla, iirc

I was not so far away then
I note runcorn in the history of m&S also but must be for some other system related to m&s banking COMPENSAYSHUN coming up - look for me headlining in the daily fail - with video plus 250 quid and m&s begging me not to then I woke up  |

self service tills not working here - hate them anyway and don't use them - all about staff cuts
debit card system seized up ho ho - sent one poor woman daft!!! fkn useless doing well today aren't they followed my partner into a rival bank where she banks - it was surreal - looked more like a video gaming place - machines everywhere and one person behind a small counter |

if you have a complaint against a bank, and need to go to ombudsman it costs the bank
£500...,,,win or lose, .... so there is great incentive for them to resolve issue, |

Just had a lovely phone call from a Mr(call me Roddy) Duterte. He said pop on over and he will deal with me. Looks like I am on a way to a result.
