That video made me feel ill. Is the cameraman pìssed or trying to balance on one leg?

Sounded like there was more than enough people around to go to the man's rescue, the bear would have run away imo.

The stray dog was probably after scraps.

Everyone likes an indian take out now and again, wouldn't have happened in gun carrying USA though.

I've never been to India, I used to want to go but the more I hear about just how backwards they are in the backwoods areas :(
https://news.sky.com/story/girl-16-raped-and-burned-to-death-in-indias-jharkhand-state-11360150 There seems to so many stories recently like that, like the horrifying one a week or two ago where they were keeping some poor girl in a temple then killed her. THEN people saying the culprits shouldn't be arrested! The thing about these is it's not like some wacko sicko, it's like .. groups of people or communities doing these things and not seeing anything wrong with it. |

In India people don't like to get involved in case they get some form of legal liability, so if you are run over in the street, passers by might just keep walking..
THis incident would be more of the same. There are many incidents like this, people lyng in the street bleeding out and people just watching or ignoring. There was an outcry about it a couple years ago after a particularly bad one. https://blogs.wsj.com/indiarealtime/2017/02/06/why-some-indians-are-reluctant-to-help-accident-victims/ http://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-36446652 and many many more examples |
