Currently the main topic on Sky News discussion this morning.
One author, I have never heard of, boasting about her gender neutral cover on her latest book.  Oh hang on, she has a new book out.  How very clever to seize on the latest trend.
No longer should we have pink covers and handbags on them!!!  I will have to get rid of mine!!  Back to my Jane Austins.  Oh no - they are probably not gender neutral either.  I will have to stop reading as nothing fits in with the latest rules. Or perhaps we should burn everything that isn't gender neutral.  Now who started all that book burning?? And how did that end up?

I am going to crawl back into my trench - just cover me up folks - I am getting out of here.  HELP!!!  Is everyone going completely bonkers or is it me??
Now we have moved on to another very interesting piece. A book about Harry!!!!
'conversations with prince harry'
arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

LGBT, HIV and fawning over the prince - I put the televisual machine on just to see the news and they hammer trump, AGAIN,  then they on to the above trivia.  And then they hammer him again minutes later.  that was a big mistake to put the tv on.

Luckily, Mrs F. had the televisual machine tuned to Jeremy Kyle this morning so I was spared such trivia.

I'm afraid my fluidity dried up long ago and pink for a girl, blue for a boy is set in concrete in my traditionalist mind.

Do you think that Jane Austin wrote Victorian chick-lit, and the Brontes too?

Why have a gender-neutral cover when the customers aren't gender-neutral?  They're either men or women and different stories appeal to the different sexes, with perhaps a small overlap.  Men and women have different qualities that complement each other.  This is something to celebrate, not be ashamed of.

Just leave us alone to get on with out lives instead of being lectured to about how awful we are.  Current discussion on sky politics is about how to manipulate the crowd into what you want!!!!!  All about the new mass media and use of the internet by me too  black lives etc etc
For me it is the new pandora's box.

I tried to read "Sense and Sensibility". Didn't get very far with it as I found it boring.

Porky ain't bothered about the televisual manipulation of news. But then he sucks up to the establishment system.
Tells you every thing about his attitude.
