Kenya is a shocking omission
![]() The world of doping in sport is murky with $$$$£££ being above everything else and any opportunity to stick the knife in to Russia is always taken advantage of rightly or wrongly. We are top of the TUE violators which is the 'acceptable' form of doping now, when it's been impossible to even compete at ELITE level for decades pretending everyone who hasn't failed a test is clean is absurd and naive. |

Maybe the above are even bigger cheats than Kenya which says a great deal

terry after lots of research I got to the conclusion they are all at it and have been 'officially' since before most people could imagine.

I should add that the procedures are the same for every country this documentary is a bit Russia heavy.

I'm proberly wrong but by the sounds of it you would have to take drugs to have any chance of winning anything?
|
|

No you're correct you'll get plenty arguing otherwise but it's been the reality at Elite levels since before I was born, without hormone or blood manipulation humans are limited regardless of training etc.
The way a natural human can look is also limited so physical traits and development show more than testing (most micro dose or take things like 'The Clear') and even performance in some people as they may be naturally be limited but able to compete by taking something. |

so that's where I went wrong

![]() I'm currently experiencing trying to get fit and healthy with less testosterone my body doesn't do the same things it used to muscle wise and despite being several stones heavier I am smaller (muscle wise) than when I was about 18,that is all testosterone as my diet was poor back then but used to blow up like a balloon when lifting weights. When you see boxers with more muscle and less body fat in their 30's then 20's you can bet your house they are on something especially if they've jumped up in weight and got seemingly stronger,Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez are good examples of this using pictures/videos from their careers. |

If they all cheat it would make it a level playing field

That's not far off how it is at Elite level if you are supported with the correct funding and medical/coaching backup.

I've posted this before if you ever get the time (I watched it in installments) watch this interview with Victor Conte it's an absolute must for anyone interested in doping in sport, ignore Rogan and his mate they spoil it a bit at times.
