Help! I went to put some money in to my account yesterday and everything is in Bulgarian, the horses come up in English but the other details can't be read.when I clicked on my account to deposit everything is Bulgarian. I can't see to change it back to English as I can't bloody read how to!
Any ideas guys? Has anyone come across this before excluding Bulgarians!

There is for me. I just changed to Bulgarian and back again. Don't know what you should do if you can't see any flag:(

That always changes the language to Swedish for me, since I live in Sweden. If you log in from the UK you would probably get English?

Click on Sportsbook, top left just under Betfair logo....then you should see flag choice top right.

Go to chat and tell them to change your account language back to English.

THat's not bulgarian it'll be russian. www.betfair.com and the flag works for me.
Interesting they don't bother with French, wonder if they used to. I've switched to german, might bring some discipline to my wayward betting. "CHASEN SIE NICHT!!" |

Thanks for the replies, got customer support to do it in the end, haven't responded before because I was getting that daft message saying I can't edit posts.
