In a conventional war Rockiniron I think Putin might be, the Russians have big numbers but a lot of their kit is old. Mind you unlike the Americans the Russians have been used to real suffering over the years.

I know war would be won by technology & finance, but you a get a feeling that all Russians would enlist and less than 50% of yanks would.
