To pay my RBS credit card bill,I'd simply phone up,go through the automated menu and job done.
That's now been stopped and RBS tell me they no longer accept debit card payments. They now, however,have a "faster and simpler" method of payment...

My advice is to have nothing to do with RBS.
They have no scruples and will do anything to make money, legal or otherwise. |
