My Wifes phone is playing up. when she took a photo, it turned it into a short vidio each time. Tried turning on and off, no different. Now (camera) screen has gone black, when wanting to use the camra. Screen now appears frozen.
Question. How do we turn the Apple 5SE i-phone back to factory settings please. and would that help.

Hole the home (round one at bottom) and lock (one on top buttons) buttons together for 30-60 seconds. Called a soft reset. It might work...

Hard reset as follows, but you probably don't need to do this, and it will wipe all data from the phone so I wouldn't advise this

The video photo thing is same as iphone 6 i think. Theres a button top middle of the camera screen that toggles live photos on/off
