If you are a driver and have suffered with a flat battery then you simply must consider the above item for your car. It is a portable jump starter and take it from me, it works!

It is approximately the size of an iphone and comes complete with a flashlight and a USB phone charger to ensure your phone is also fully charged at all times when out and about. This particular model only works on petrol cars up to 2.5L but others are available.

Throw away those jump leads, you don't need them anymore; this compact device is a must-have for all drivers.

Any more items for this list?

Wonder why it only works up to 2.5L? Mine's a 3L and therefore no use.

Another item for this list that costs just £1.03 which includes postage (I kid you not) is a battery voltage meter. It may take a few weeks to arrive (from China) but it works a dream. From my understanding, after turning the engine lights on it should read around 12.7. Once cranked it should be 14.0 or above that tells you your alternator is working fine. Anything less than these figures instantly shows you could have a battery and/or alternator problem.

Simply plug it into the cigarette lighter and view. For circa £1 it is another must-have piece of equipment for your car.

Sigh, I missed that Aspro.

All well here thanks, hope you are too. Think you have more chance of winning a trophy than us now, will you go to the game? Clearly I won't be heading to Moscow......

For that I can't blame you!

If I can get a ticket then yes, definitely, however, it is hard enough to get a ticket when there are 80,000 of us let alone less than half that figure, but I will be trying.
