Unfortunately after reading through the article you get to the bottom suitably appalled that someone can be paid up to 37 percent less because of their colour to find out that ........................

'A report into the gaps found they were caused not by black and minority ethnic (BME) employees being paid less for the same job, but by an under-representation of people from such backgrounds in senior jobs.'

So it is simply not enough top jobs for BAME  - appalling misrepresentation from the gruniad headline

Standby for more positive discrimination - or should it be called something far nastier?

Absolute rubbish.  A lot of those drug dealers make huge amounts of cash.

There's an over representation of black Premier League players on million pound contracts in London.  Can the mayor do something about that?

In fact European nations are far richer than African, South and Central American, and Central Asian countries.  Disgusting imho.
