20 Months Seems a Bit harsh to me ,When we have Certain Types burning the Flags of Our countries and Chanting Death to Infidels What happens to them ?

When a woman complained about the messages Littlefair did not remove the posts, so she called police.
Teesside Crown Court heard he later posted on another account "apologising" for being a "white Christian who has values for life". Robert Mochrie, defending, described Littlefair as a "keyboard warrior" and said: "He doesn't have the intelligence frankly to be able to express himself in a more careful way." He said the posts were "nothing more than utter stupidity, mumbling nonsense". Judge Simon Bourne-Arton QC said: "They went to the very heart of our democracy. "It was a time for people to be calm in the truest traditions of this country, it did not require people like you to stir up racial hatred." 20 months seems way ott, prison seems way ott, must be more to it. |

I agree completely. For example, after the Charlie Hebdo Massacre there was a well-known cretin on this forum who informed us he was on the side of the fleeing terrorists as the Police and Security Forces hunted them down. His comments were duly removed. He himself should perhaps be removed from his home and sent to jail for 20 months. |

My Question is who is More Dangerous this Lunatic pished drunk on a Keyboard,Or mobs of people with Placards etc saying that people should be killed or Burning flags ,what would stir more racial Hatred ?
Why should one set of nutters be let get away with it ?? Did this head case Create no go Zones ? infact are there any no go Zones created by Right wing Nutters ? |

you see these sort of comments all the time on facebook. agree needs to be a deterrent but 20 months you could argue is harsh.
