This case isn't quite what it appears. It's not as simple as smoking a joint.
Cannabis is a component in a drug he's been taking abroad which helps him enormously. The drug isn't allowed to be imported into this country. It might not even be the cannabis in it that helps him. They seem very inflexible on this, as usual common sense seems to be missing. |
