There was a guy on the news earlier who had some connection to Oxfam and said he had seen some disreputable people who you wouldnt want caring for others who were involved with the charity.....but then gave it to the MPs which I loved.

He said that they need to get off their high horse since there are MPs who have been involved with corruption (names MP) and others being investigated for sexual misconduct, but they dont talk about cutting funding to the Tory party LaughLaughLaugh

He said this country has numerous cases of cities where the vulnerable are abused sexually and we have a police force.
Think he was suggesting those in power to be somewhat duplicitous.

If you think oxfam are breaking the law then look at what the government and law sanctions in france

It is frightening that the behaviour of some employees in oxfam has been allowed and swept under the carpet when in our own EU we have a country that will actually defends said behaviour!!!  No wonder we have problems with international aid organisations.

we are being led to believe that pedo"s seek work with Oxfam etc because they know they will be sent to countries where they will encounter children either with no parents or very poor parents, even worse, when found out they don't end up in jail where they belong, they are sent to another country to work, really terrible state of affairs if true!?

'Save the Children' apparently have 375 employees who earn over £60k a year ! Nice work. The quote below of course predates
the current scandal.

'Jenny Warner, managing director of Charisma Charity Recruitment, argues that running a charity can be more complex than running a business. "Some of our national and international clients have to deal with many challenging situations and, in order to steer the ship well, the chief executive requires a very special skillset," she says. "This person needs good business skills, an understanding of the political landscape, the ability to manage staff and an appreciation of the needs of beneficiaries."

Saw a charity guy on tv earlier. His solution was not to stop giving, but to give extra to a separate fund so they can hire more capable HR staff.

no wonder they try to cover it up in ALL of the charity scandals

have you clocked how many politicians and politicos have positions within them?  Some of them are the absolute darlings and untouchables of the trending progressives.

running a charity without hr has failed

trusting folk to behave doesnt seem to work

some evil folk driven from previous jobs where their abuse went unchecked
seem to have joined charity operators to hide their perversions

root em out, but watch where they go next before others suffer

celebs saw charity endosements as a gold star on their cv

some frantic checking going on now, that should have been done
before sticking the star on their cv

what a warped way of thinking...Daily Mail turning right-wingers in this country into frothing, twisted goons with the most tenuous grasp on reality. So long as you're happy!

Not the first or last of these to be disgraced. Camila Batmanghelijh's Kids Company was handed a £3m Lifeline which they used to pay staff before folding up. £42m of taxpayers money was given to that shower.
