There was a guy on the news earlier who had some connection to Oxfam and said he had seen some disreputable people who you wouldnt want caring for others who were involved with the charity.....but then gave it to the MPs which I loved.

He said that they need to get off their high horse since there are MPs who have been involved with corruption (names MP) and others being investigated for sexual misconduct, but they dont talk about cutting funding to the Tory party

He said this country has numerous cases of cities where the vulnerable are abused sexually and we have a police force.
Think he was suggesting those in power to be somewhat duplicitous.

It is frightening that the behaviour of some employees in oxfam has been allowed and swept under the carpet when in our own EU we have a country that will actually defends said behaviour!!!  No wonder we have problems with international aid organisations.

Shocked me that the Government are giving £30m of taxpayers money to this shower. Some of that's mine you berks!

I see a well known Labour person's charity  is also in trouble with a load of allegations

we are being led to believe that pedo"s seek work with Oxfam etc because they know they will be sent to countries where they will encounter children either with no parents or very poor parents, even worse,when found out they don't end up in jail where they belong,they are sent to another country to work, really terrible state of affairs if true!?

It is not just one charity - there are several already and guess more to come as they lift the lid.

Saw a charity guy on tv earlier. His solution was not to stop giving, but to give extra to a separate fund so they can hire more capable HR staff.

Corporate charity does not work really, loads goes in and very little trickles out of the useful end.

Not the first or last of these to be disgraced. Camila Batmanghelijh's Kids Company was handed a £3m Lifeline which they used to pay staff before folding up. £42m of taxpayers money was given to that shower.

That golding or some such name is trying to defend the charities - claiming a sort of witch hunt ish sort of assault on the charities  - trying to play it down about  what went on amazing scenes!!!!
