How can something be done against it when the left vote against stronger laws, Corbyn is quite happy for a person to caught in the possession of a knife twice and for them to carry on as normal.

Usual guff. Blaming police resources or lack of trust in the judical system. Blaming poverty, being 'disadvantaged' blah blah blah.

How about taking personal responsibility for your actions?

The black community lack a British identity. They have little sense of belonging and the kids are bound up in the violence of rap culture. They lack strong fathers..

A 1 month amnesty, anyone caught carrying a knife after that, 5 years, no excuse accepted.

Victim card played massively.
But are there not such a lot of jobs created out of this? - it is a thriving industry.  Only the coppers seem to be losing out job wise!!!

they blamed every one else  - never mentioned the elephant -

the glasgow experience where they halved deaths - Mainly white working class deprived!!    copper said extra stop and search in certain areas, longer knife crime sentences, no bail until trial, schemes offered alongside it etc. Said they treated it like a disease!!

I think they just danced around the issue - the black trauma surgeon said we are all to blame and talked about lack of societal cohesion, children out at night, no discipline etc etc.  And where were the parents.

Come on bruvvers - its cultural isn't it.  And it is the police's fault.

We are 'all to blame' for every ill that visits these shores. I have so much shame oozing out of me that I am thinking of applying for a Radio5 presenter job.
