Me, I'm a collector of 1950s / 1960s vinyl records!

I have 5,000 + 7" Singles / EPs and 250 + LPs!

Also, to a lesser extent, Football Programmes, Speedway Programmes, Enamel Badges and Lledo Vintage Diecast Cars, Trucks and Vans!

Always interested in buying and selling!

That is an amazing amount of vinyl, must be worth a fortune.

I am not a collector as such but I have about 300 12" dance records from the late 80's til the early 2000's. Also have about 500 race cards from my visits.

I used to collect key rings. Since gave most of them away to a charity shop. Kept my British isles ones (43), not sure why.
I do have a collection of world banknotes which I constantly add to.

I did collect greyhound race cards for about 30 years, all the greats on them in that time. I must have had many thousands of them but one day (probably a bad day at the office) I binned them all. I so regret doing that even to this day. Greyhound racing was such a huge part of my world and miss the game as it used to be. It means absolutely nothing to me now. Cry

Believe it or not, but the first time I went horse racing on my own, when I lost, I couldn't bear to throw my losing betting slips away, as I considered the bits of cardboard were worth the amount I had lost on that particular bet. When on course bookies went on the machine in 2000, I carried on, however since Betfair took all of the fun out of the on course markets, my visits to the races diminished significantly. I only go racing about a dozen times a year now, and sad to say, I hardly ever go into the betting ring. However it has left me with an impressive collection worth millions to me.

Agreed, nice to see what people collect and how wide-ranging.

I collect Apple Trees (Sussex varieties), Clematis, Arts and Crafts Movement Furniture, Royal Lancastrian pottery, Horse Racing Memorabilia (anything related to racing colours) and caricatures of Horse-racing owners, trainers and jockeys by the artist "The Tout".  Oh and I also collect comics issued on the day I was born - I only have The Rover and the The Champion so far. Oh and like callisto, I collect stuff related to the village where I grew up and still live.

Happy collecting.
