No dafter than him saying he will get (presumably alive) humans onto Mars.
His latest very expensive firework should launch any day now.

I hear he promises a lot whilst delivering a little and receives lots of government funding in the meantime.
He has to spend all of the tax-payers funding on something, no doubt it wont be long til these weapons are used for murder.
