She has written that she is "acutely conscious" of Jewish and Muslim teachings and "always [takes] these into account but that "there is a difference between being sensitive to faith and prioritising one person over another because of their religion".
She won't last long coming out with this kind of thing. |

Why now? Why the big fuss this week (well, last week)? This row has been going on for years, so one suspects a private agenda for bringing it to the fore again.

Councillor Adbul Hai, a Labour cabinet member in Camden, said "Mary fails to recognise that these are some of the most diverse communities in the whole country. The coroner's service should reflect that. she should "step down or move to an area where she doesn't have to deal with diversity".
Are these people suggesting that certain areas of the country should have different rules and laws? |

YES and as they take over they will be able to play around with the law. I know they can certainly change local stuff but obviously something like this to be changed may be outside the remit of local councillors - but it is all about the religious nutters getting more sway
