How some of the most prominent and richest Saudi royals were caught up in an unprecedented crackdown on corruption.
Hundreds of the richest people in the Kingdom, including 11 members of the Royal Family, were kept in a luxurious five-star hotel.
The detentions opened the door on a highly secret world of kickbacks and bribes on a monumental scale

After watching the second episode it easy to see why our politicians don't want to rock the boat

Love the 'we didn't invent corruption' argument. It steered clear of any impropriety on behalf of anybody on our side taking backhanders. I'd like to think we'd be above all that but I fear we haven't been. I wonder if episode 3 will provide us with evidence and comments that those doing the arresting are just as bent as those they arrested. Suspect not. The sooner we have an alternative energy source, the better.

A bit of a disappointment for me after last week. Showed the impact of the arrest but then lapsed into the usual lefty attacks on B.Ae and threatens jobs of many highly skilled workers in North West as if GB was the only firm involved when I know for sure that every country dealing in Saudi had to follow this practice paying for consultancy services,a useful asset in many cases when UK expats were caught in jail, etc. Salman's son deserves massive credit for taking this on after so many years of lip service,it can only be addressed from within, but Trump, yet again, gets no credit for his speech.
