Transport for London has apologised after Will Young said he was subjected to homophobic abuse by a bus driver.
The Pop Idol winner said the driver called him a "poofter" and has appealed for help in tracking him down.
He called on London Mayor Sadiq Khan to help track down the driver to "ensure he doesn't abuse others".

Homicide- 27% increase
Youth Homicide- 70% increase
Robbery- 31% increase
Home Burglary- 18.7% increase
Knife Crime- 31.3% increase
Gun Crime- 16.4% increase
Rape- 18.3% increase
But Will running to Sadiq to solve a crime in London is laughable.

i only work days, but for a good few years there has been a gang in the lisson grove area who target cab drivers. it doesnt make the lisson grove area a no go zone but it does make it some where i am wary of. my point is they were here long before sadiq and will likely be here after him.
i am a technophobe but joined twitter to follow a twitter group for cabbies. we tell each other where there is work or, more often, where the traffic is fecked. for some time now moped gangs have been mentioned quite often, i mean virtually every day. it's not the current mayor's fault any more than it is the last mayor's fault.

one of the major crimes is scooter theft (steal a scooter and use it to steal, typically mobile phones), this has been growing for several years, both before and after khan winning office. the morons know that the moment they take their helmets off the police are under orders to back off. pardon me but walos, chase the feckers and if they injure themselves so be it. seems like a common sense policy we would all agree on but apparently not. doesnt matter which useless fecker is in charge the police arent chasing scooter thieves the moment they remove their helmet. there is no common sense in any of them imo.
aka i probably make less in tips than i give away where i knock money off the fare due to the mad congestion caused by tfl even though silly fares for these journeys arent my fault at all. a couple of years ago i went to great lengths to return a wallet full of cash and cards to its rightful owner. on contacting him he told me i should take £20 for myself from the wallet as a reward, i refused this offer so he gave £20 to charity of my choice instead. a couple of months ago someone left a credit card in my cab and i had put into into lost property before he realised he had even forgotten it. overcharging isnt in my nature, i believe in karma

London riots of 2011? The met stood back - an astoundingly stupid PC decision. Thanks to negligible immigration controls we have - probably - the only major capital city in which natives are close to a minority. Accounts for why TV programs seem bizarrely unrepresentative to the majority of the country. We now have significant minorities whose response to civil disorder in their own countries is to loot the hospitals and schools and steal the copper from the electrical network. Good luck London - thanks to just-in-time management, you have 3 days food supply. The rest of us are fairly interested in what will happen to the political-industrial-media elite when the sh+t hits the fan. It will certainly be more entertaining than the output of the BBC.
Of course there aren't any No go areas in London, there are some parts where you might get shot, knifed, acid in your face etc etc but it doesn't mean you can't go there 
don't forget all the east european traffickers, and eastern scrap metal tourists
