In my youth Donald Pleasance was often the tv villain.
Lee Van Cleef looked evil even when he played the good guy
I think when youngsters portray thoroughly bad ppl its more frightening, the kids on Little Boy Blue were scary.
The kid from Identity (starring john cusack). It makes sense aswell, the killer would have been planted from a young age, through his/her experiences. That film is weirdly great imo.
