great point because he obviously was not the type to get in a car and mow down innocent pedestrians
unless he had a valid licence & was properly taxed & insured for the vehicle in question

If you were out of your head on drugs would you bother to run over a load of people?  Would you not be laid back on the beach in oz listening to deep purple,  black sabbath  etc

It is knuckle draggers like you lot on here that confuse issues.  It simply could be a question of which side of the road one is used to, or clogged roads/traffic leading to impatience, speeding, not knowing the correct rules of the road or simply just bad at parking.
