There is nothing more astounding than an attractive young lady who farts.

I'm not a farter but I do burp quite a lot, which I've been told off about but it's not exactly a hanging offense Plain I don't even know I'm doing it most of the time.

Just a word of advice.

Do not mention that horrible word in the company of ladies.  It comes before swear words in my list of things men should not say.

''Where ere you be let your wind blow free.'' Is an old saying.

While patients in hospitals are actively encouraged to make every effort to expel any obnoxious gases that might be fermenting in their bowels.

I shall certainly bear this in mind if I am hospitalised for any reason.
I'll take good care to save one especially for my consultant when they come to examine me. If only to show them what a good boy I am.

I prefer the technique of lying to one side, when I deliver my ripsnorters in bed, which adequately allows the cheeks to part for the wind to escape.
And also gives a visual warning to people in the ambient area to make their exit in time. Which might be important to those of a delicate disposition

My 2 sons when they were aged 7 and 8  bought some "Dr Windbreakers fart powder" said on the packet "makes you fart like thunder"
They stirred it into their mums cup of tea.Unknowingly she took a sip and the lads were very disappointed when nothing happened

Ed Sheeran's written a song about it.

Dancing in the dark,
I can smell your farts.
A miasma from your årse,
Oooh baby it turns me on.

And if you rearrange the letters in his name it spells 'erse' (with a few left over). Coincidence? I think not.

Dead man's fart.

This refers to freshly laid out corpses in mortuaries. Apparently they're blowing off all the time.
Although not with the regular sounding frraaarp more of a short bloop.

As kids we used to practise making sounds which we called dead man's farts.
We did this by tossing a pebble high and as vertical as possible over a stretch of water such as a canal.
As the stone entered the water, the resulting plop or glup was what we called ''a dead man's fart.''
And there you have it.
