Just for kicks...I saw your name next to a post with the word compassion in it. And I thought to myself, I wonder if he's genuinely showing some compassion, some smidgeon of empathy for another person. I wonder.

It very annoying when someone like porky fails to have empathy for the homeless.  A hard hearted person - happy christmas to you.  Hope you don't find yourself out on the streets.

I see that 11 new homeless were 'rescued' from a lorry yesterday, at least they'll have a nice Christmas.

There is a huge problem with these refugees in ireland but it is not being mentioned in msmedia of course they are going around in gangs mugging robbing sexual assaults etc and this is only the start by the time people wake up it will be too late

I'm afraid the vast majority of what is perceived to be compassion, is in most cases simply lip service.
As with bleeding heart celebrities whose main aim is to get themselves associated with charity work and do-gooding, simply for the publicity it brings.
Or the socialist who uses an issue such as this to bang a Tory government over the head,  while completely ignoring the issue when their own party is in power.

These types are not as nice as they would have you believe. In fact they're worse, they're dishonest as well.

People are what they do, not what they say or what they think they are.

Must be terrible facing the world with the uncertainty of winter without a safe, warm place to sleep.

Around here the 'newcomers' rifle through the charity bags then sit in the coffee shop - never buying a thing
