Would not think she was a smoker or Drinker ,and would think a healthy life style ,seems not much matters regarding this disease striking ,very sad .. Sad

My wife never drank or smoked but it got her at 43. My best mate and best man at my wedding drank like a fish but didn't smoke got him at 46. It's a fxxking horrible disease but is the luck of the draw.

think ufcdan is right its just luck of the draw........my mother had 8 siblings and my father 3 and not one had cancer.......all died of heart disease

I'm old enough to remember Lillian Board who sadly died aged 22. If there could be any silver lining from such a tragic event happening to someone so young, it woke the public up to the fact that no one was safe from this disease. If a young fit athlete could die from it anyone could.
