David Dimbleby introduces topical debate from Newcastle.

The panel includes :

Conservative MP and Brexiteer  Nadhim Zahawi,
Shadow Foreign Secretary Emily Thornberry,
former Liberal Democrat leader Tim Farron,
crime writer Val McDermid and
journalist Rod Liddle

Liddle's good but the Thornberry-Farron-McDermid axis would involve kicking the screen in.
Report The Leopard November 16, 2017 11:02 PM GMT
Emily is not so bad ?
Report The Leopard November 16, 2017 11:13 PM GMT
Farron looks ill.

The reality is that the lower paid have benefitted up to £1k per ear thanks to the changes in the personal allowance.

Left wing remoaner left wing remoaner left wing remoaner, 3/5 again.
Thornberry is just AWFUL, full of bs and as arrogant as a politician can be.
Prime candidate for another thread.
Report akabula November 16, 2017 11:45 PM GMT
Thornberry doing what the Labour Party do day in day out ie promising everybody everything.

Once again that remoaner d1ck dimble**** lets left wing women on the panel give epic long monologues but cuts short brexit the supporting man when it's his turn to speak. I need to get out my recording of how sick Dimblebly looked hosting referendum night, he certainly let his face show his opinions on the vote that night!
"Sick as a parrot".

That ridiculous shouty Labour woman is the biggest turn off since Abbott. No answers, no sense, just rhetoric.

Couldn't believe the right on BBC news tonight, they had a teenage girl on who had decided to grow a full BEARD and they were complaining about how "social media" is causing young people to have bad attitudes re .. body image and "diversity". Now no offence to girls with issues that cause them to have overt facial hair but I don't there's any time past or future where going around looking like Rolf Harris is going to not lead to adverse comment.
Report akabula November 16, 2017 11:53 PM GMT
Dimbleby used to struggle to supress his bias, now he obviously has given up.
Time to bin this nonsense or get in a neutral host or at least one who can keep his own agenda in check.
