Should stop a lot of the scooter thefts. Apparently an app allows GPS vehicle tracking and even immobilising from your phone.

Don't scooters have a cavity under the seat where you put helmets? Would not a smart phone operated steam piston spike or (for a bit of karma) acid jet to the nads be a better idea?
