If it was bikes, the two Hydra Glides in Easy Rider. For cars it would be the DeLorean in Back to the Future although a wiring fault would be a nightmare.

Yep, Bud did the jump as I believe the insurers wouldn't allow Steve to do it. He did however do most of the footage himself and also did some of the riding of the Germans who were chasing him. So on some of the footage you have McQueen chasing McQueen.
