You're not taking into account the cultural differences JC.

You almost have to pinch yourself when you see how many of these stories with the lengthy systematic brutalisation of white working class girls gets little comment by the media, but they go off the scale in outrage if someone says they have had their bottom touched.
What is wrong with this country? |

Worse, how much coverage did Gove cracking a joke get, when the above is tucked away? Which I ask, is more serious!
|

Exactly.
The media have gone out of their way to hide the identities of the real hard-core sexual predators living in this country, and the fundamental issue that connects them. |

There was another case in Yeovil a couple of weeks ago barely mentioned:
Authorities missed 14 opportunities to stop children being abused in rural Somerset despite two teenagers having abortions after being groomed by Turkish men at their barber shop http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5044031/Somerset-authorities-missed-14-chances-stop-child-abuse.html |

Couple of questions regarding that headline: would it be more accurate to say "ignored" rather than "missed" after 14 opportunities? and no one who's ever walked from Huish Park to the bus station on a Saturday evening after a match would ever think they were in "rural Somerset" - "urban cess pit", I'd call it.

Strange when a tory mp is suspended it makes the top story, when a labour mp is suspended it is way down the page.

I'm trying to make this politically neutral, it shouldn't be political on this issue, but I know and see your point I.S.
I don't now trust our media, not in a "mad truther tin foil" way, just in a "it's a bunch of arrogant lefties trying to manipulate us" way. Just look at the BBCs coverage of this sort of stuff, or their not coverage, or their Brexit coverage. 10 years ago their bias would have made the Sunday Sport journalists blush. Did anyone see their coverage of interest rates going up 0.25% and them trying to say this was because of Brexit and it meant end of the world! |

I switched over 1/2 way through "the last leg" last night and the australian dick was ranting about trump .... and switched back, I'm trying to wonder how he filled the first 30 minutes :) Ignoring the multiple Labour allegations or Harman's jew jokesand getting stuck into Tory MPs I presume!

The headline news about some mortgages going up to max of £39 a month was hysterical, my thoughts are if you cant afford a mortgage if rates went up to 10% then you should not had been given a mortgage in the first place.
I dont understand why the media hates savers, maybe because they are old ? |

BBC have forgotten Harman's disgusting offering the other day. Today there's a picture of her on the main headline on the news app saying the harrassment issue 'is not a witch hunt'.
(Gotta be a pun in there somewhere). Seriously though how can they even entertain anything she says???? |

Its like it is scripted.

What a disgusting society it is where an individual can brush someones knee in 1972 and be hounded by keyboard warriors on twitter openly expressing their "sorrow" at the event when we have hungry , homeless and misery at every turn created by austerity / crime etc merely getting a footnote. Kids being molested by immigrants are brushed over incase it incites " racism" yet some sad left wing spotty student logs into twitter types metoo#

spot on.
Why has that Grimshaw lad been booted out of Coronation Street when he hasn't had a trial, although he's been charged, but one character who can be seen masturbating on the internet, and another who can be seen giving a ****, are still there. Admittedly they were catfished or whatever it's called but it doesn't seem right. Every time she's on screen I can see her gobbling. :-( |

Wolf - bullseye.
JC's opening contribution is one of the most depressing things I've read. Coupled with the media blackout on the story we're toast. |
