I was reading the BBC website and along the bottom it came up 'Breaking News' and provided this link
.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-41845445

Its about a story about a void inside a pyramid ffs

Took em 4500 years to find it and now its a breaking news issue apparently.

I was expecting a UFO found inside, but no, just a void.

When I was in Egypt, someone tried to sell me a timeshare. Turned out it was some dodgy giza involved in a pyramid selling scam.

What fantastic jobs (vocations) do these people have?

Archaeologists, research "scientists", museum curators, and the rest!

Zero pressure...can't be dismissed for not discovering anything and, in the case of a distant relative, who was something to do with
wildlife, and conservation, and retired at fifty!!!!

Apparently they tried to get a Scottish dentist to put something in there.

Name of the dentist? Phil MaCavity.

Its probs full of skeletons of poor buggers who were sealed inside to defend the tomb of some nincompoop after death.

Some more misplaced belief plucked from the minds of men sat in the sun too long.

When I was in Egypt, our rep said she was going to arrange a guided tour for us.

Someone called out, "can we go in the Gaza Strip?"

"You can wear any football shirt you like," she replied.

That sounds about right, Dusty. The Nincompoop dynasty ruled Egypt around 5000 years ago and has left a lasting legacy for political leaders of all persuasions to this day.
