Someone who can take a page from another web site should post a real good healthy diet on this forum.
Then we could all look after our health and eat fibre, and fruit yoghurt ,and all the things that are good for us.
And everytime we come on to the chit chat forum it would remind us about our health.
Because we all know its real important but we all get into the wrong habits when it comes to eating.
So any of you guys out their in betfair land who is up with modern technology how about a good healthy list of proper foods to eat.
And then we will all be healthy,Grin

Most of us forget about our health, but we don't forget about the forum,so if there was a thread on health popping up for a month or so we would be reminded, and the mars bars would turn into fruit yoghurts, and the chips would turn into jacket spuds, and the cokes would turn into water, and the sausages would turn into corn flakes and then we would wonder why we are not so tired.
And then the white bread would turn to wholegrain bread, and the crisps would turn into apples and oranges. And we would all be going for walks.GrinGrinGrin

I do eat pretty much what I like but having said that at 80kgs I've haven't been as heavy for about 10 years or so. My bmi is 26 which suggests I'm a bit overweight which quite frankly is a nonsense. If I started eating a bit more fruit in the evening instead of my customary post dinner cheese and biccie platter for a few weeks I'd lose a couple of kilos quite easily but you know what, I don't really want to!
