Got some very nice leather, and mesh, lightweight Summer shoes...
I ordered my usual size but, when they finally arrived (all the way from China) they were far too big!
Returning them wouldn't be worth the postage but, good as gold, I was offered another pair in a smaller size, and to keep the others!
Received some pint drinks glasses yesterday but, whilst the invoice confirmed the correct ones, I was sent some that I don't like, albeit that they were more expensive.
Almost instantaneous response, and was offered a full refund, or to be sent the correct ones .
Either way, to keep the others!
This was via 'Amazon' btw.....
