There is clearly a problem with delayed and missing posts that is now seemingly a long term thing that isn't getting fixed.
So why do people think it's happening?
1. The tactical destruction of it based on its inconvenience?
2. A further example of corner cutting, possibly a new method of server used (cheaper) or fewer humans doing jobs they used to employ, or sent further afield to those who are less competent possible share holder value maximisation where spending has been decided is better off in the pockets of the few?

give that it's not even their software, and completely outsourced to a third party, you worry about how they handle their suppliers.

we could start a petition to get them release the 20,000 newbees who have being locked up for 2 years.
Just imagine the 20 thousand getting released all together tomorrow.LaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaughLaugh

Even if betfair changed the colours for Christmas, nobody would object to green(cough cough),a little red, some white background ,and a tinsel effect down the side ,and old man with a white beard on both sides, dressed in a red suit, and a message across the top saying
A HAPPY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS.
Now that would be better than a yellow and black coloured page saying betting on darts.
Perhaps customers service will see this post and get an idea.Laugh
And a few smiley faces in different colours, other than yellow.
In fact if anyone can post a smiley face in any new colour it might brighten up the forum, and it might kick start the forum to its former glory ,coupled with the release of say 100 newbees a day for 200 days would go a long way to improve things.
Now that's good feed back for the powers that be who say they value my opinion.Laugh
