Since THEY told it would be the wettest October ever.

Been dry since Wednesday, here in Royal Berkshire. Been less than 2mm since weds.

bodil, I have a mate (unbelievable I know) who used to forecast the weather for the royal navy, and he still looks at the charts and gets it right every time. He uses experience and human intuition, whereas the so called weather forecasters use computer algorithms to intrepid charts., that's the problem.

BTW, we aint seen nothing yet regarding the hurricanes, the 1 degree increase in the temperature in thae Atlantic  sea causing these probe will be eventually visited upon us.
