Thousands of football fans marched against extremism today at a protest attended by English Defence League founder Tommy Robinson.
The Football Lads Alliance (FLA) descended on London for a demonstration condemned by charity Stand up to Racism (SUTR) as well as Labour's shadow home secretary Dianne Abbott.
FLA founder John Meighan said the event was organised to show concern at a 'recent upsurge' in UK terrorist attacks, according to the Evening Standard.
The march in London today was attended by thousands, with one Twitter user putting the demonstration's attendance figure at 30,000
Zero coverage on MSM. What a wonderful opportunity to showcase football fans in a positive light. Millwall and West Ham, Spurs and Arsenal. Man U and Chelsea.
Too white Too male Too many bald heads.

how much terror have these folk attempted to spread over the past 40 years or so?
have they seen the light and are giving up violence against peaceful football fans?

If 30,000 Muslims marched against extremism I would be happy.
The last thing I would do is say have 'they' seen the light because in the past some terrorists have claimed to have that religion.
You cannot call a group of people 'they' and group them all for the crimes of a tiny minority.
Just think it was an odd point you made.If 30,000 Muslims marched against extremism I would be happy. The last thing I would do is say have 'they' seen the light because in the past some terrorists have claimed to have that religion. You cannot call a

Well i cant see much about the FLA march on here so assume its not allowed ?? To turn it into a positive ill comment on how West Ham fans really are .
Im a dad of 2 and they are 8 & 11 . Both love music and like to dance sing ect . In March my children were due to go to the Ariana Concert with there mum at 02 arena . ....yes a few days after the fatal night in Manchester . It touched my heart so much i took to twitter share things the youngest victim Saffie Roussos family was sharing . Saffie was 8 yrs old and while dying in the foyer at the arena asked 'whats happened' ..'wheres my mum'
This hurt me so much im very much affected to this day with teary eyes and heavy heart ! On posting heart felt posts i soon noticed i was connecting with friends of Saffies family then family . Long story short i started connecting with Saffies Mum and Dad . Such a tragic story id love to tell oneday to those that dot know ..im on twitter under @remembersaffie ...please check me out !
Anyway i went on the FLA march to honour Saffie at the blessing of her family . I wore a pink t shirt her favourite colour with her pic and a bucket to collect money on my own ! Only one thing on my mind . Its was amazing the peoples reaction towards my gesture . Then West Ham piled in 1500 strong atleast . I got goosebumps ..' thats my club' tingling all over you could say !!
Well Mr Swallow he gave me a big hug and shook my hand then got others to donate in my bucket . Wasnt the usual quid or two or even occasional fiver . Notes was flying in !! You cannot believe the appreciation i had at that from my 'mob' fantastic !! Well i marched along standing at points and collecting money on route ...shattered at the weight ! ..but well worth it . Best day iv had out for years !!
West Ham you were a class apart !!! £1120 raised on the day its was amazing ... and £125 on my fundraising page .
We as Fans Dads ..Parents had Lisa ..Saffies Mum in tears out the what i done . She very much knows its a West Ham thing aswel so lads be proud of yourself ...class above the rest ❤❤❤

Just read Diane Abbott's BS still as she would say "Any defeat of the British government is a victory for all of us" Obviously we can't have a bunch of football fans all colours getting together peacefully and saying enough is enough regarding terrorism.

Too bad you couldn't make it Dan. I think you went to the last one?73k showed up on saturday according tohttp://www.westmonster.com/football-lads-alliance-london-march-big-phil-campion-terrorism-anti-extremism-bbc/."There was not a single arrest."
Just spoke to a mate who went Saturday estimated numbers anywhere between 30 to 50 thousand turned out yet as I said not a mention on the news despite crews from Ch 4 and the BBC being there in attendance. Looks like the government have placed a "D" order on the event. Any idea why a large group of football fans demonstrating against terrorism is deemed to be a threat to national security ? Especially when the crowd was addressed by ex police officers amongst others, none of whom could be dis ribbed as right wing. Yes we all know what Diane Abbott is but it would seem the government of the day is not much better

Not surprised at all by the lack of coverage. Typical of the media's narrative that says white people with a tendency to be on the right of centre of politics must always be wrong.
They hate us dan.
