A consultant at St Thomas's Hospital just called in to LBC to say that "we have a Linen Manager". (At first i though he said "Live-In manager".)
She's responsible for ensuring that there is sufficient bed linen available each day on one ward and gets paid £70k pa!
Just think, if you could become Linen Manager for the whole hospital and have all the linen managers reporting to you and earn even more!

Good job it wasn't Friday afternoon, they'd never have found a consultant.
This sort of think gets ignored by the media. It should have blanket coverage
